Our world is broken. Never give up.To our community:
We are deeply burdened and heavy hearted by the deep pain plaguing our nation. We grieve and fervently pray for restoration, reconciliation, and lasting change.
Wheeler Mission’s Men’s Residential Center and Administration Office were among several downtown Indianapolis buildings that were damaged throughout the weekend. We sustained shattered windows, broken doors, bullet holes, graffiti, and more. Thankfully, every guest was safe inside. While our buildings have been broken, our commitment to our community is not. Even amid such unrest, turmoil, and uncertainty, Wheeler Mission remains dedicated to sheltering, protecting, and advocating for our neighbors in deepest need. Even as our hearts ache, we cling to hope.
“Your sun shall no more go down, nor your moon withdraw itself; for the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your days of mourning shall be ended.” (Isaiah 60:20) ... See MoreSee Less

“I just can’t believe how far I’ve come and can’t wait to see what another year brings. I’ve learned this past year that I can do more than I imagined!”
“Always a wonderful, fun competition! I like the new themes for the workout each year! (Street Sweeper, Walls, Tires).”
“Wheeler Mission is thankful for how the CrossFit community has rallied around our community’s homeless men, women, and children for this event. It’s exciting to see the passion that each participant has to help provide critical resources to people in need.”
“Homelessness is a serious community issue. That’s why we are proud to support Wheeler Mission and Outreach by creating the programming for Strength In Our Streets. We’ve been fortunate to have deep connections with people who were once homeless and received help through these organizations. The impact we’ve seen inspires us to help in any way possible.”
“My first competition, and the most fun I’ve had in a long time! It felt great to be a part of such an awesome cause.”
